My long-term goal is to build a career at the intersection of networking, IT infrastructure, and smart technology systems. I plan to continue growing Xander Systems LLC, the IT networking and security business I founded, taking on larger commercial projects and expanding into areas like structured cabling, smart building systems, and enterprise networking. I am passionate about hands-on technical work and want to develop the skills and experience needed to eventually run a full-service technology integration company.

Alongside my business, I plan to further my education in information technology and network engineering, building on the college credits I have already earned and the certifications as well as real-world experience I continue to develop. Whether that path leads me toward running my own company full-time or into a senior role within a larger organization, my goal is to be someone who designs and builds the systems that keep businesses and people connected.
